Shipping policy

Every 10ML order is packed in our warehouse in the European Union and sent to addresses in 26 EU countries: every member state except Ireland.
When your order leaves us
- Your order ships on the next working day. We ship Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday from 10:00, or at the weekend, ships on Monday.
- Order on a Friday before 10:00 (Central European Time) and it ships the same day.
Each product page shows you, as you shop, the day an order placed now will ship. The time that counts is when your payment goes through.
On the rare day we cannot keep that promise, such as a public holiday or an exceptional rush, we will email you with the new dispatch date.
Delivery costs
- Free standard shipping on every order of €75 or more, counted on the products in your bag.
- Under €75, standard shipping is a flat rate for your country.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for a supplement. Your order is packed and shipped first, then travels with the same courier service as standard shipping, so it arrives in the usual 2–3 business days. On orders of €75 or more, you pay only the supplement.
Your bag shows how far you are from free delivery, and the exact delivery charge for your address appears at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT. Because every parcel travels within the EU, there are no customs duties or import charges.

On orders of €75 or more, standard shipping is free and express shipping costs only the €4.90 supplement.
Where we deliver
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. We do not deliver outside the EU at the moment.
Tracking your parcel
We email you three times: when we confirm your order, when it ships (with the courier’s name and a tracking link), and when it is delivered. If you have an account, you can also follow your order there.
Your delivery address
Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email contact@10ml.com straight away: we can change the address until the parcel has left the warehouse.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or it was not collected, we will contact you. We can send it again, in which case the delivery charge applies again, or refund the products.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has stopped moving, or a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, write to contact@10ml.com with your order number, and a photo if something is damaged. We will send a replacement or refund you. You never have to chase the courier yourself.
